MIAMI, Jan. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The Moskowitz Legislation Agency, PLLC broadcasts the preliminary approval of a proposed class motion settlement that might profit purchasers and authorized title holders of Astrals Non-Fungible Tokens or Galaxy Tokens:

On January 14, 2025, the US District Courtroom for the Southern District of Florida preliminarily authorized a proposed settlement of a category motion captioned Harper v. O’Neal, Case No. 23-CV-21912-MORENO. The settlement class consists of individuals and entities who, from Could 24, 2022 to January 14, 2025, bought Astrals NFTS and/or who, earlier than January 14, 2025, bought GLXY tokens.

Claims for settlement advantages should be submitted by April 17, 2025. Objections to the settlement and requests for exclusion from the settlement should be obtained by March 3, 2025 in accordance with the directions within the Class Discover, which is posted on the settlement web site www.astralsnftsettlement.com.
