What is Bitcoin?

Bitcoin is a network for transferring digital value, and BTC is its asset. Wallets use private keys to authorize spending. Transactions are broadcast to the network, and miners put them into blocks that other participants verify. You can use Bitcoin without understanding every technical detail, but understanding custody is essential.

Remember this

Bitcoin combines an asset with a network that verifies transfers.
